Waited for an hour just for a large pizza. Really like red swan pizza and just came to pick up just because I can have it early not to wait outside the store for this long. This is not the value of money you guys charge for as compared to others. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

VERY disappointed. We've only lived in this neighborhood for 2.5 years, and found that mostly chain pizza joints surround us. Red Swan being a new and different option was a great alternative to try. First the pizza, we ordered a medium with bacon, mushrooms, onion & pepperoni, our usual from any pizza place. First thing we noticed was the sauce tastes exactly like Prego or another similar, overly sweet bottled sauce with almost zero tomato taste. Then the crust, rubbery, and virtually tasteless. The toppings I would say are all sub par by comparison to any reputable pizza place, somewhat like Little Cesar's. No option to sub that unknown bacon crumble for real bacon strips, and the pepperoni could have been anything with it's lack of any taste. So the pizza was a write-off, on to the garlic cheese strips, again virtually tasteless as far as the cheese and garlic toppings go, the crust we already covered with the pizza review. now onto our much anticipated dessert, the cinnamon bread sticks. It did taste somewhat like cinnamon, so a star for that, totally lacking any sort of presentation or effort, tasted much like my 3 year old just tried his hand at making me a piece of white toast with cinnamon sugar on it. $45.00 later, my stomach is mostly empty, and the food boxes still over half full. Never again.
