I mistakenly placed an order at the Red Swan Pizza on Albert Street North, thinking it was the South branch where I live, as both locations are on Albert Street, which caused confusion. I called the North branch immediately to ask if they could either transfer my order to the South location or cancel it so I could reorder. They said they couldn’t help because there was no manager available, which was frustrating and unhelpful. To make things worse, by the time I drove all the way to the North branch and back to the South, the pizza was completely cold. I had specifically asked them not to pre-cook the pizza until I arrived, but they ignored that and it was already cooked when I got there. Even worse, the pizza dough was undercooked and tasted like raw dough, making the whole experience extremely disappointing. Very poor service and quality overall Service: Take out

Excellent service, friendly, organized and efficient! Ordered 44 personal size pizzas and all were fresh and delicious! Will definitely be back!

Lady taking order don't know how to take order. I prefer spicy paneer pizza added mushroom they charge me for extra topping . When I got delivery there was no mushroom in my pizza I called again lady keep on saying there is mushroom in the bottom in my pizza but I was the one eating there was no mushroom. Lady taking order is dumb in her head. Garbage people working there. Never buy pizza from this location don't waste money.
