I can't say enough good about the Kitchener Red Lobster! Always greeted warmly, food is always fresh and served hot. Gotta love those warm biscuits!! If I could give ten stars, I would! My recent experience with Red Lobster turned into a bit of an epic quest—a dinner order that just didn’t want to make it home to me, with DoorDash drivers dropping the ball left and right, and my seafood feast forever just out of reach. But through it all, Anne, the manager, was a beacon of hospitality, compassion, and laughter. From the very first call, Anne made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. She handled every mishap (and there were many!) with the kind of patience and humour that you just don’t find every day. Anne called multiple times to keep me updated, advocated for me with the delivery service, and never once made me feel like a bother. Instead, she made me laugh at a frustrating situation, and somehow, by the end of it, I felt like I’d made a new friend. When my food finally failed to arrive, Anne not only made sure I was refunded but went above and beyond by offering a generous gift card and a heartfelt invitation to visit in person—promising to make our next experience unforgettable. (We haven’t even come in yet and it already is!) She made it clear that making guests happy isn’t just her job, it’s her passion. If you’re looking for great food and the kind of customer service that makes you feel like family, go see Anne at Red Lobster Kitchener. She is truly one of a kind, and her kindness, humour, and genuine care turned a dinner disaster into one of my favorite stories. Anne, thank you for reminding us that there are still people out there who take pride in what they do—and who do it with heart. I was shocked by the food and service. The crab wasn't fresh; it was old and unsalted. The utensils provided were very old and incomplete. But the worst part was the blonde waitress; she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She served me a cola that was three-quarters water and tasteless. I told her I wanted a can of cola instead, and she immediately asked if I could get the bill now! She saw I was still eating and hadn't finished, and I hadn't asked for the bill! I politely told her not now , and she asked why. Will u order dessert ?! This was racism, rudeness, disrespect, and unprofessionalism. Is it all because I'm not white?!
