You can't rely on the restaurant. My wife and I had a special date, our first anniversary. I have been to the restaurant several times for business meetings. Food, service - everything was great. For my wife I wanted to come up with a cool place where everything would be special and where she had never been. The choice fell on recolte. I called to reserve a table and warned the restaurant that we had a special date. He asked to find a quieter table. At first I thought about booking a sofa, but they reminded me that it was very uncomfortable to eat there. And I said, yes, in that case the sofa won't do. I was asked if 2 hours for dinner would be enough? I replied, maybe not enough. They also asked me if it would be okay if we then moved to the sofa? I said, then great, but be sure to have dinner at a normal table. On the day of booking, they called me back to confirm the reservation. I was in a meeting and couldn't pick up the phone right away. I received a message on WhatsApp asking if we will come? I answered, yes of course. But I decided to call back myself, just in case. The reservation was confirmed and they reminded us that it was for two hours. I reminded that if there is a sofa later, then great, if not, then two hours is not enough. They told me everything is ok, the sofa is also reserved for you. In the evening we went to the restaurant and realized that we would be 10 minutes late. We called before the start of the reservation and, just in case, warned that we would be up to 15 minutes late. They answered us, we are waiting for you, everything is fine. We went hungry after work. They came as they said. From the doorway they told us that there was no table for us, that we could sit at the sofa for now and wait until the table was free. We asked, how did this happen after three contacts with the restaurant? Where did we talk about all these moments? Moreover, we already arrived 15 minutes late. They answered us - “like this”, the girl went somewhere. After 5 minutes, another girl approached, who later introduced herself as the manager, Solovyova. She could not explain the reason for the lack of a table, nor could she give the exact waiting time. Of course, I no longer wanted to spend a special evening in an establishment with such an approach. We said we would have dinner elsewhere and left. Reservation is, in my opinion, one of the key points in the reliability of an establishment, especially a high-level one. We plan memorable dates, important business meetings with partners. When you are scammed with a reservation, especially after several communications and warnings about the importance of the event with ostentatious care, there is no trust left in the establishment. Therefore - a clear unit, I do not plan to return. Service: 1
