I have really a very bad experience today with manager on duty - if I am not mistaking her name is - Sheela - she was completely out of her mind attending a customer- on shelf the product was kept as sale price & when I took it to the self checkout it was a completely a wrong price & when I requested for the same price she has started arguing with me and explaining the rules of her store. The product on the shelf was full of the product which I have taken - it’s absolutely being done by the store staff. It can not be by mistake or by wrongly put up by customers in the wrong spot. Further the whole shelf was with the product which I have purchased & the price tag was completely misleading on the shelf. When I requested the manager she was so rude and disrespectful which is not any Canadian retail store can expect. I have complained on their store survey, but I am sure the big store like this will never listen this behaviour of their staff & never agree with their mistakes and will not come back to me to except their mistake. So I am submitting my experience in this platform.
