I had a frustrating experience at Superstore today. I was searching for Burrata cheese and asked a staff member named Tyler, who was wearing a black shirt with “Superstore” on it, for assistance. His response was dismissive; he shrugged and said, “I don’t think so,” without offering to check. I eventually found the cheese myself and noticed Tyler still nearby. I tried to inform him that Superstore does carry it, but he continued to walk away from me, saying only “OK” with a clearly unhelpful attitude. I was so upset that I asked for his name, and he identified himself as Tyler. After my purchase, I spoke with a customer service representative, who was very calm and apologetic. To my shock, I learned that Tyler is assistant manager. If this is the kind of attitude and service Superstore expects from its managers, it’s extremely disappointing. I won’t shop at this location anymore.

Love the superstore, but the pick up here is really slow. 40 min wait... Might as well do my grocery shopping myself, it would have been quicker.

Of the 2 Superstore locations in Coquitlam this one is definitely the sketchiest. There are often transients loitering in the covered parkade or begging on the ramp leading up to the store. Today some dude trying to make a quick getaway tried to push past me and my son as we were entering the one way gate into the store. More security is needed here.
