We had a delicious meal here with 6 people and a dog. We had reserved in advance. The communication was very friendly and pleasant. We were taken to our table on site. Overall, we sat slightly cramped. The selection of food is great, everyone will find something, and the prices are reasonable for the size and quality of the food. The waitresses were friendly and on the ball. Unfortunately, the air in the store was super stuffy, almost blue. It seemed as if the extractor in the kitchen wasn't working properly. (But that's just a guess!) The store is very centrally located in downtown Güstrow. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

No “wonderful” chic Micki and no “bells and whistles”. Just a friendly smile. We invaded on Wednesday (October 23rd) with five hungry mouths. The staff made us feel welcome from the start (very friendly and personal, which I really appreciate). As far as food is concerned, the homemade Solianka was recommended to us, and not without good reason. Absolutely delicious. The other dishes + special requests were also plentiful and very tasty. All in all, after a good hour the “hungry mouths” were “filled” and extremely satisfied. It was a really pleasant stay. Kid-friendliness: A relaxed atmosphere. We didn't have the feeling that the somewhat loud children were annoying. Children's chairs were available. The selection of dishes for the kids was also good. We found this wonderful restaurant by chance. It doesn't impress with its external impressions, which is made up for a thousandfold by the service and the cuisine. My wife chose the rump steak with onions and croquettes, with a dry red wine. For myself I chose fried cod with Mediterranean vegetables and Köstritzer Kellerbier. The food arrived in a timely manner, fresh and beautifully presented. At first I wanted to order a spice rack, but that turned out to be completely pointless. Both our food and drinks were PERFECT!!!! I haven't eaten such well-prepared fish in a long time, and the vegetables were also impeccable. My wife also had nothing wrong with her steak. We would like to thank all of the hotel's employees and can only recommend the Ratskeller Güstrow!
