When you accidentally enter a restaurant to eat and leave speechless... it's something, at least for me, immensely exciting. It is difficult to describe in words the emotions aroused in my wife and me by the dishes prepared by two guys who, to define as Masters of meat sushi would be enormously reductive. Each dish prepared was the synthesis of perfection elevated to N. Never tasted such perfect, balanced meat sushi. Flavors perfectly balanced between each other, enhancing each other, are what I was able to experience in what I would define as a tasting ecstasy. The meat used by Cerulli is legendary but here, in the expert hands of the two Itamae, it is enhanced in an extraordinary way. Dishes rich in flavors that persist on the palate but above all in the soul and heart that fill the voids with intense emotions. There are two predominant elements: the preparation technique and the excellent quality raw materials. The technique is a broad and expert demonstration of knowledge of what the verb "cook" means for an Italian chef. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors with perfectly balanced combinations that make every bite unique. The secondary elements are never placed to cover the main element of the dish but always accompany it, in order to allow the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another. The expertise of the kitchen team will surprise you in every dish. Describing Ramen in words would be an insult to what can only be experienced by allowing yourself to be embraced by the infinite flavor of a broth that surpasses perfection. Only micro tip: the pasta is a little thicker and "rubbery". The Sake was truly excellent quality, silky, delicate, balanced and deep. Its palatal persistence surprised me in a very pleasant way. Enveloping on the sip and caressing in the throat, not at all scratchy. My deepest and most sincere compliments go to the entire Cerulli group together with my infinite THANK YOU for giving life to Akira Sushi. We went for dinner one evening, nice place with top view kitchen. Copper. Very very good. Good meat sushi but. I'm sorry I didn't hear that one Meat flavor because I believe you can choose tastier meat. (To my personal taste) But a great discovery, we will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
