The ramen is great. I wouldn't wait over an hour as there are crowds, especially over the weekend. The hype is greater than it should be. Also the waiter didn't seem to be familiar with out of province ID's, and not having beer was a bit disappointing. Overall good, but it wouldn't be top one if there were more competition. Friendly service, the wait times are not long, and the food is stellar. I lived in Japan for a while and was unable to find good ramen in Canada. Until Ramen Arashi. Great little restaurant that was packed on a Sunday with fast and efficient service . The spicy ramen and karage were simply delicious. The only negative part was that the restaurant was quite warm and quite loud possibly due to the vaulted ceilings? Will definitely visit there again though.
