However, they were not satisfied with this, instead they demanded that all the food be replaced and also a refund. Herbs and other vegetables continue to cook in the package during transport and are therefore not to be classified as expired or similar. These are conditions that... Unfortunately, delivery service cannot be avoided and is beyond our control. We wanted to see the tofu for ourselves because we couldn't confirm what they said after checking it in our kitchen. However, they then said they didn't have the food anymore. Regardless of the outcome, they would have received compensation. However, after a long discussion, we decided that it was not worth it for us to keep them as a customer.More
