However, we would like to point out that our service asked you directly during your meal whether everything was to your satisfaction. Unfortunately, you only responded in a sarcastic and indirect manner instead of clearly communicating your actual wishes and concerns. An open response would have given us the opportunity to react immediately. It is also important to note that you have eaten all of the food you ordered. If a dish was as disappointing as you describe it, we expect this to be expressed clearly and respectfully - ideally directly and without detours. We are pleased that other guests, including a tour group who ordered kale, were very satisfied with their food and our service. Taste is subjective, and if what we offer does not meet your expectations, you are of course free to seek other culinary experiences in the future that are more to your liking.
