If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible management. Long time customer treated like a liar after receiving a awful tasting sandwich, stale and musty. First worker was on the ball and clearly knows how doing a little can go a long way, offering a replacement and apologizing for the not up to par food, Instead of offering a simple replacement manager intervened and made me feel like a liar and embarrassed me in store, terrible customer service, argued and even showed manager a message from corporate offices stating to redo the order and was still denied, manager said they required a coupon, which is not accurate. Simple fix, so now complaint sent to corporate and will be rectified regardless. This manager should not be running any location as he does not treat his own clients with respect. Very poor service Quiznos. *Update* I have left a review and complaint on your feedback and waiting for reply Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
