You have indicated to us your dissatisfaction with the behavior of our employees, and we are sincerely sorry. We thank you for taking the time to inform us of this incident and we apologize for the inconvenience you may have suffered. Upon receipt of your “means of contact”, we immediately transferred your complaint to the restaurant manager so that he can raise awareness among his teams about welcoming the customer, and so that this does not happen again.
