Walked in, did not get a hello or any acknowledgment from the staff, she was working on an online order and didn’t look up once to say hi or that she will be a minute. Tried to be nice and wait but she was moving so slow and didn’t speak to us until we spoke up first. Ended up leaving disappointed.

I went to this exact location about 6 years ago and had an old man make me and my buddy the best burritos of our lives, and was looking forward to going again one day (went to the one in winnipeg and it was okay but not the same). So this weekend on the drive through Kenora on Saturday afternoon we tried it out. This time I went for three tacos and my friend waited to see how they were built before deciding what he was having as he was to be driving and eating (good thing he did). The older east Indian woman that was serving us had this careless attitude and super poor customer service skills, slapped the tacos together in such a rush that it was super uneven and more like a taco salad with three soft shells in it. She didn't listen to what we were saying at all and just kept rushing through it and putting up some very shitty customer service. As far as my friends burrito goes, she burnt it and still served it to us, we mentioned that it was burnt and she shrugged and still wrapped it up. Also we both agreed that the pork and the beef tasted like they had an east Indian flavor (curry) to them and not totally mexican as it should be. There was zero need to rush, it was like 3 pm ish and we were the only ones there. The service was terrible, the food was alright but tasted wrong for what I was going for. Tell this woman to straighten up her customer service skills please! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Beef Tacos, Regular Burrito

We try our best to train our staff on customer service so the guests can have a great experience when they visit our location. Unfortunately, we cannot control how a staff member behaves when a supervisor or manager is not keeping a watch. it's always sad for us to see reviews regarding this issue. Just to let you know action was taken regarding staff who served you. When it comes to how the food tastes and flavour I can assure you that we follow the exact Mexican inspired recipes that we are provided with. There have been changes over the 6 years with recipes and ingredients but it's still authentic Mexican inspired ingredients. Thank you for taking your time to give us a review and we will definitely work on things you mentioned. Hopefully, whenever you get a chance to visit Kenora again you can give us another shot. More
