Absolutely appalling. The phone order made at around 18:50 was delivered to us at 21:00!!!! When we were ordering, we asked about the delivery time, the waitress told us 19:30!!! When we were placing the order at 8:00 p.m., the waitress apologized to us, saying that the delivery was already on its way. At 20:50 I called again and again the waitress assured me that she was already on her way... So I canceled the order. At 21:00 the delivery finally arrived and he was incredibly upset that we didn't take the order. He was most interested in who would pay for it... After more than two hours, he had the audacity!!!
