Visiter Old Y Centre demande du temps et des efforts. Si cela vous donne faim, venez dans ce restaurant pour un bon repas. La cuisine vietnamienne créée par un chef talentueux est grandiose ici. Ne partez pas sans avoir mangé un poitrine de porc cuit à la perfection. Pure Street Food vous garantit des beignets savoureux. Essayez un thé immense qu'ils offrent ici.
Le succès de ce lieu serait impossible sans un personnel qualifié. Des plats délicieux à un prix raisonnable sont offerts ici. D'aprés les visiteurs, il y a une atmosphère sympa dans cet endroit. D'après le classement de Google, ce restaurant a obtenu un score de 4.6.

Have been going here back when they used to be Pure Contemporary Vietnamese, and no doubt they continue to assume the mantle of Calgary's best pho. I don't know for how long they will have the Guy Fieri special 72 hours AAA beef short rib pot au pho, but PLEASE ORDER IT!! This was the best bowl of pho I've ever had in my entire life!! Pure Street Food serves up very tasty modern Vietnamese dishes. Had the 72 hour braised pot au pho noodle soup which is on the pricey end, but it's 1.5 times bigger than their regular pho and the beef rib melts in your mouth. The broth is also tasty, although it's a bit on the oily side. Their stuffed sesame donut with bbq char siue is also very good, like a better version of a stuffed bao. I definitely recommend trying out Pure Street Food if you stop by First Street Market. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing amazing. Saw a Guy Fieri YouTube video about this place and yea, it lives up to his high praises. Had the sate pho and the pork belly saseme donut. The broth was so aromatic and they do not cheap out on ingredients. Yes it is priced higher than other places but IMO it's worth it with the quality of food. You can tell the amount of effort they put into it. Service is great, wife is celiac and they were knowledgeable about it and able to accommodate. It's inside a modern food hall and has a great buzz to it. Looking forward to try the other vendors but that could be hard because I would definitely revisit Pure street food again.
