Been here a few times over the years . Decent sweet treats and coffee - depending on your taste . However came here for lunch with a friend on a Friday afternoon earlier this month and the service was non existent . Friend arrived 10 minutes before me , in all the time no one had greeted her or offered her anything not even a menu. Once I arrived after menu was brought to us I had to get up to find a waiter twice. And then Went up to the coffee counter to get the bill and pay . Once there I ordered a takeaway slice of cake , but after I paid the bill we were left standing there with no communication on where/who would assist with the take away. After a lengthy wait for it to be boxed I eventually took it directly from the person who packaged it. Food was good but not good enough I would be back to deal with the spotty service . Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 400–450 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
