Picked up a Too Good To Go bag from here, and also bought a vegan chocolate raspberry cupcake. The donuts were nice! It's the same donut base, but they have different toppings/flavors. We received a good variety of 6 different flavours. Our favourite was the pineapple coconut! The icing/frosting is on the sweeter side, so best for those with a sweet tooth! The cupcake was also a nice treat. While the chocolate flavour was strong, if was very one-note and I would've loved if it had a pinch of salt for an enhanced flavour. The cupcake was $8, but it was a larger cupcake and vegan, so I thought the price was appropriate. Not an everyday spend for me, though! Had read good things about the bakery, so was glad to have stopped in! I'm hoping in the future, the bakery will sell vegan and gluten-free desserts (they have a selection of vegan or gluten-free treats, but not combined). Would recommend!

I found out about Punk Rock Pastries through my work when someone brought in the delicious donuts! A good mix of classics and unique specialties were available and beautifully executed. They were a hit with the co-workers. I also took a cake decorating class with Hollie. She was well prepared, had a great enthusiasm that was contagious. Great teacher - did an excellent job of explaining and very patient. I didn’t feel rushed, and she happily answered all my questions about cooking/baking, even if it wasn’t necessarily cake adjacent. I’m excited to try out and practice my new cake decorating skills. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
