We went during bluesfest. We got a table almost immediately. We ordered nachos to split with no olives and each got a drink. The nachos came and had olives. Not a big deal we just picked them off. Nachos were jalepeno, cheese and red onion. Plus we got chicken on them as well. Our server was nice but once we finished took a long time to get our bill. The place was clearing out.our napkins were on the tray of nachos for an hour before they were taken away. We me turned twice that we were all done. We saw other tables get their bills so we are pretty sure they bring your bill to you. We gave ourselves plenty of time to get to bluesfest but after being at pubwells for over two hours we were cutting it close. They also never gave us plates for our nachos. We felt a little forgotten is the biggest complaint. Beer was good. Bathrooms are downstairs and a tight squeeze but that is the case in a many places. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Hey Taylor, sorry to hear you felt neglected. The truth is the Bluesfest always impact our service due to the extraordinary number of customers and shortage of staff. Unfortunately, this year some other events like Euro cup and Copa America were happening at the same time and our staff were on the verge of burn out. I am sorry again for your experience. We are known for having a friendly and attentive service, but once the staff are exhausted unfortunately they tend to forget to double-check the tables or do some normal routines. Rest assured, I already addressed your review with all the servers and I would like to invite you to the pub, and hopefully this time we will do better. Thanks for letting us know and we try to do better. More
