ProteinFoodyLab is amazing. It was a hidden gem my partner and I found as we traveled from Rome up to Tuscany. The owner, Luca, was extremely helpful and kind. The food was delicious (and healthy), and the feeling inside the restaurant was well curated. After a full week of pasta and pizza, ProteinFoodyLab was a welcome change of pace that provided exactly what we needed to keep our trip going! Highly recommend.
