The platter you have chosen is clearly described in the menu, both in composition and price, and includes a selection of quality and variety: green olives, buffalo morsels, suet and pepper taralli, raw and cooked ham, spicy salami, speck, focaccia hot and dumpling. Reducing all this to "two slices" does not do justice to the quality and commitment we put into selecting our products. Regarding your comment on staff education, we are sorry to read accusations of rudeness without any concrete episode having been specified. Our collaborators are always courteous and professional, as demonstrated by the numerous positive experiences of our customers. It seems that this was more of an excuse to leave a negative review rather than a real problem experienced during the evening.
