Après avoir visité The House of Alijn, venez dans ce restaurant. Si vous n'avez jamais goûté la cuisine espagnole, venez à Prince. Ce lieu est si bien placé qu'on peut y accéder en utilisant n'importe quel transport. Commandez un tapas fascinant. Essayer un parfait savoureux s'avère être une bonne expérience ici. Beaucoup de visiteurs commandent un vin délicieux.
Un personnel décontracté vous recevra chez cet endroit tout au long l'année. Un service luxueux est toujours un plaisir. On vous recommande aussi cet endroit car il propose un prix bas. We were looking forward to a nice evening at Prince in Gent with a lot of versatile food and good wine. The food had its high- and low lights but the underlying issue seemed to be the limited staff for a rather complex restaurant concept. Generally, I really like the idea of an affordable 6 course menu with dishes from different cultures, presented in an “haute cuisine style”. However, this concept suffers when there is only one cook and two waiters. We spent nearly 3 hours in the restaurant with the majority of the time waiting for our food. The waiters were very nice and engaged but simply a bit overwhelmed with the amount of guests and the constant monitoring of when to serve next courses etc. Some of the dishes like the gambas or the tortellini were delicious while others like the taco or the duck were ordinary and nothing special. I think the problem with cooking food from different cultures and countries, when trying to do everything, the quality of each dish will suffer. I hope that in the future the restaurant finds additional motivated staff just as the waiters and cooks they already have and make the concept work. I believe that the idea of the restaurant is very nice but at the moment I’d not recommend it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
