“I recently had a sandwich and a coffee at this location. The food tasted great, as Pret’s offerings usually do around the world. I do have a few suggestions for improvement, but I want to acknowledge the team’s efforts, especially considering that the brand is still relatively new in Italy. Overall, it was a very positive experience, though there’s still some way to go to reach the London level.” Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sandwich was okay—except it said focaccia and it was not. It was on normal bread despite the pictures on the ad. Service? Forget about it unless you speak Italian. If you speak English, you’re garbage. Also could have done without the service staff coughing in her hands then serving food. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: Veggies available most of which have likely been coughed on.
