Entrez pour un peu de repos après une longue promenage autour de Matterhorn Museum - Zermatlantis. La cuisine suisse est bien préparée à ce restaurant. Ne partez pas sans avoir essayé un amuse-bouche cuit à la perfection.
La carte des vins ravira tous les palais, tous les clients pourront trouver le vin qui leur plaira. Un personnel conciliant vous recevra chez Alpine Gourmet Prato Borni tout au long l'année. Un service agréable est toujours un plaisir. Dans ce lieu, les visiteurs peuvent apprécier une atmosphère spectaculaire. D'après la signification des 3 "couverts noirs" du guide Michelin, cet endroit propose un service excellent.

Great experience. They have 2 different menù, 6 courses each, we decided to combine them. Food was perfect. The service was great. The wines were awesome and well explained. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a wonderful dining experience at Alpine Gourmet Prato Borni on Thursday, September 7th, 2023. The food was fabulous and our waitress, Eleanna Perdikari was absolutely superb. She was fantastic and is wonderful at her job. If we are ever in Zermatt again, we'd definitely come back and experience this treasure again. The only complaint we had is that dinner took 4 Hours (yes, 4 hours). It was a very nice restaurant and great ambiance, so we anticipated it taking a couple of hours, but four hours was just too long (not the fault of the waitress). It has been a very long day for us traveling in from Zurich, walking around Zermatt, etc and we needed to get up early the next morning. My only recommendation to the restaurant would be to either: A. notify customers beforehand that dinner will take 3-4 hours or shorten the dinner time by a couple of hours. We were falling asleep in our chairs by the end of the evening (11:00 pm). With that said, fabulous restaurant and again, Eleanna Perdikari was superb. She was very intelligent, did her job extremely well and fascinating to talk to . Frankly, I wish we could have spend an hour over drinks with her outside of her work just to get to know her and her life story. Highly recommend this place, but just note, dinner may take a very long time from start to finish. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
