I have been supplying truly exceptional products from them for a few years now. This year I made a nice detour to go and get supplies from them, following the advice of the owner I took from the bargain bin two pieces of 12 month old parmesan with cutting defects but with a unique flavour, some butter and several kg of 24 month old parmesan on The very kind owner also gave us a really delicious ricotta, I highly recommend it and even if I have to make 100km of detours I can't return to Naples without their parmesan...greetings to everyone
