My favourite bakery. The best in Calgary. Always great service and excellent fresh bread, cookies and other tasty treats. Great products and the most pleasant service possible. This has been my favourite place to get delicious cheese buns. I recently moved out of the neighbourhood and today drove across the city for a heavenly treat. They were out of cheese buns today so I tried the cheese croissants. They were definitely a 10/10 and a new favourite. This is a great little bakery which is a true gem. I just love going to Prairie Mill Bread Company! They such variety with wonderful tastes, local ingredients and organic flours. Each day they have different breads to choose from like Ancient Grain-Peasant Seed, Multigrain Spelt, Cranberry Orange, Jalapeno or Herb Cheddar, Spinach Onion, Rustic Rye, Apple Caramel & Apple Crunch, Sprouted Multigrain, Garlic & Parmesan, Sourdough Baguettes, Tomato Cheddar and Mediterranean. Don't forget their Chocolate Banana Bread and Strawberry Swirl plus MORE! Go in and have a sample of the day - it's worth it!! They are big on Non-GMO, organic and pesticide-free bread.
