Last Saturday, 9/9, we made a reservation for 5 people at 8 p.m. Based on the various vegetarian options we had seen on the website, we chose the Poulidor. Upon arrival we had a table on the terrace. Anyway, we saw a table set for 5, so we assumed it was for us. This was also not asked or confirmed by the staff... Evening had already fallen, but the terrace was not lit, not even candles on the table. On the table was 1 wooden A5 board with (I think, too dark to look at it properly) 4 menu options. We asked for the rest of the menu and were told there was a limited menu as the boss was on leave. Too bad this wasn't on their website..... We asked about lighting because it was already dusk. The young lady (dark long hair), who was apparently not having a good day, listened to our question, but did not respond. When our food came, we sat completely in the dark and asked someone else again. There were candles, but none of them worked. (we were told the blades had collapsed) We didn't even see what was on our plate! It didn't matter much, because both the spaghettis and the scampi were lukewarm and not tasty and the fries of the vidékes were dripping with fat. (heated quickly and insufficiently in the micro???) When they came to clear the food away, we indicated this, but nothing more than: "Oops, sorry, I'll pass it on." It would be better if you closed your business for a while during the holidays than to have it run by all kinds of student workers, most of whom served unwillingly and unfriendly. The blonde young lady was friendly, that may be said. Everyone would understand that a business closes for a while due to holidays. But in these circumstances you do more damage than good, too bad... Because of course you pay for an evening at the restaurant, which we also have to work hard for.... If it is 1. with unfriendly service, 2. you have to sit in the dark and 3. not yet tasty (cold and tasteless ) is, then in the future I would rather...
