Burger veggie de qualité.Très peu de choix : cheese ou veggie, accompagnement frites/coleslaw, bière blonde ou IPAPrix "Noma", c'est à dire bien cher.

Noma, one of the most famous and renowned restaurants in the modern society, so prestigious and isolated from the general public because you will have no luck to get a booking (at least I failed after 6month trying). It makes me wonder what is the point if a restaurant that makes such amazing food(I heard)but you probably won’t have a chance to try it unless you are Anthony Bourdain(RIP)? As recommended by a Danish friend in Copenhagen, I made a trip to try their successful burger shop, POPL. I went there without knowing they have dine-in service and ordered the food at the takeaway shop where you walk down from the bridge and see their shop. We later found a seat outside of their dine-in shop around the corner after placing our orders. My family waited there for at least 30 minutes while I was waiting for our takeaway with many others. I finally got my orders and sat down at 2:45pm, but I was asked to leave because they are closing. We grabbed our stuff and left. While my 11yr old was sitting down on the bench by the water, I noticed a group of 4 people are still sitting there and drinking. I went back to ask why they can sit here, the staff told me that their manager said only people who dined in can sit here. I asked why no one said anything before as we have been sitting here for more than 30 mins, and why we need to leave now when no one is here but this group of 4 guests? The staff said because they paid a little bit more. I could not understand the logic of this service and asked for the manager to reason. The manager never came, we eventually finished our burgers there and witnessed how they treated people who came after 2:45pm (their actual closing time, no 3pm). Their attitude and behavior are shocking. I wonder what makes them so entitled, so privileged to treat the guests this way. I understand that we need to be patient, devoted and dedicated when it comes to get the reservations for those good and famous restaurants, like all the good ones in NYC too, but why the staff and the manager at the POPL burger have to be like that. Is that because their parent restaurant is just that different? I, a New Yorker who have traveled to many countries and dined at the many different places, wonder why POPL? why Copenhagen?
