Was in Swift current for sometime and decided to visit Popeyes Louisiana kitchen. We came all the way from Surrey to see our friend sukhi . We are really glad how well she’s doing and how hard she’s working and keeping the store nice and clean staff was really nice and helpful with that order. Food was delicious and amazing Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered the 12 piece chicken meal on December 3rd 2023 at the swift current location. That night after eating my son got very sick to the point of throwing up. I went to bed not feeling well either. I phoned the next day to tell the manager we got food poisoning from the food. her response to me was to offer us a free 6 piece meal. I told her I had no desire to eat more of their chicken after having just gotten sick from it. she then offered me $15 refund on a $50 order. That was not good enough in my opinion. I expected a full refund considering we had just gotten food poisoning. She told me she would call me back the next day of which I have yet to ever receive a phone call back from this lady. They have lost a customer. The way they handled the situation was not very professional.
