LET'S START FROM THE PRINCIPLE.
We arrive in the restaurant, we wait at least 15 minutes before being able to stop someone to ask if there is a table available. But okay, let's wait. We ask for a table for four persons and they take us upstairs. We sit down and wait for more time. Once we take the order they asked us to order the drinks and the appetizer because they were quite busy, and we order as they advise us. We wait, wait, after two reminders the drink arrives (12 euros a glass of wine not even in Italy, but these are details, and at the wrong temperature). Then comes the first appetizer, and the boy was uncomphy to eat because was the only which arrived. We wait another half an hour and mine arrives. I wait patiently as it's pretty disrespectful to eat when the half table is still empty. After a very long wait (2 hours in total) the other two appetizers arrive. We eat and I've to say that the food was really good and a very good quality. More time passed... we stop another waiter and we asked him to order the first courses (as they told us in advance). He tells us that it wasn't possible because the kitchen was closed. So after entering hungry we leave the restaurant hungry as hell with a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I payed 7450 lek, I give 7500 lek and they keep the rest. CONGRATULATIONS, the worst service I've ever experienced. We won't come back again and won't recommend for sure. Paying so much for poor service it too excessive.
