We really like coming here. My only complaint is that when you buy the $50 card which gives you bonus credits you can’t split them between two cards makes it a little more expensive for two kids, especially when they play two entirely different games for two entirely different ages.

I am shocked and disappointed by the recent changes you guys have made. The company has decreased the time to play the bowling game which just 30 minutes and not enough if maximum people play on one lane and apart from that they have increased the amount of credits per person, the credits are now double compared to the previous. This are the reasons because of which I am unable to enjoy in this lonely city where there is no other place to play the same game. I believe as the company doesn’t have any competition so they r doing this and it’s affecting common people like me. I hope if you guys take this matter into account.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to contact us. We really value our guest feedback. We are very proud to continue to bring new innovations to Playdium to amp up the fun factor for our guests. While these new enterprises do come at a cost, we work really hard to ensure we are aligned with other similar businesses of like entertainment. Moving from charging by game to charging by time has been an adjustment for all of us and we really appreciate your patience.
