Best coffee ever! I've rarely had such incredibly good coffee. The atmosphere is cozy, the employees are always very nice. Reservations also work great. We were mostly there for breakfast, I could indulge in the veggie plate. The cinnamon rolls and cake are also very good. There are also a number of vegan dishes. Would recommend the Plattenstübchen again and again! I received a voucher as a gift and have now finally been able to redeem it. I was surprised at how nice it was in there. Very comfortable, it was my first time there since the renovation. I really liked it. I was served straight away by a friendly young lady. Unfortunately there wasn't a large selection of cakes and Friday lunchtime at 1 p.m. I decided on a small selection and took it with me. Unfortunately, I think it's a shame that no prices are given, neither on the website, nor on FB or Insta. I couldn't find any prices at the cake counter either. In terms of price, I think it's quite expensive for a piece of cake (4.20/4.50 euros). Without the voucher we probably wouldn't have been there. But the cake tasted really good. Because of the good reviews, we came here for brunch for the first time for a family celebration (14 people) and were completely satisfied with the ambience, the very friendly service and the delicious, freshly prepared food and drinks (various coffees and teas - even possible with oat milk). I would particularly like to emphasize the child-friendliness with a high chair, play area and a changing facility in the very clean toilet. Despite initially choosing hearty dishes with fresh sourdough bread and the resulting satiety, some of us couldn't resist the delicious cake - the choice was much difficult. We will definitely be happy to come by again. Many thanks to the nice team. It was a lovely morning for all of us in the Plattenstübchen in Geisenheim.
