We ordered for the fourth time this week. Everything was great as always, we are originally from Iserlohn. But today we received the wrong order. I called, really nice, asked if we could pick up the good one later for half price. The guy on the phone didn't even talk to me until the end, immediately went into attack mode, "I wasn't there, my husband ordered, didn't say a number, blah blah" I said that I was next to him and I knew exactly what he said has, 72 as always for 9 years... :) But he continued to talk to me incredibly disgustingly so I wished him a nice day. It's a shame that he didn't let me finish a sentence... The food is good as always but this way of doing things doesn't go well with the customers...
