I ordered 3 dishes to be delivered over the phone, and when I asked what total costs I would have to expect, I was told that I should check it using the online menu. Sounded strange at first, but OK, not everyone has the menu under control. Lt. According to the website, the dishes should cost a total of €33.50 - so with a tip for the driver, €35 - so far so good. When the driver came, according to the invoice he charged me €35.55 - strange, because there shouldn't be any transport costs from €10. But who argues with the driver, because he is usually the weakest link in the chain. So I gave him €40 and said: "Cash me down to €37". The driver rummaged through his pockets and claimed he only had €2 in change. I was about to have everything returned when the driver presented me with a euro and without another word - apparently offended - stormed down the stairs and left the house. What can I say? There are many pizza taxis with comparable quality. If someone obviously wants to make fun of me, then I'll never order from them again and will tell everyone who wants to know, and often people who aren't interested, what happened to me at Pizza Antoinette. For me at least that's the end of the issue - it's a shame, because the dishes were flawless as far as I could tell.
