I'm giving two stars only because the pizza was good. Terrible service. We waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for 5 pizzas. We called to order and they told us €51. I called back because on the menu it showed €43.50 and they replied that calling costs more (since when?? We don't know. Usually on just eat it costs more) and that they had made a mistake anyway and that it would have been €48. After an hour and a half we call and they reply that they were baking them at that precise moment. Time passes and we call back if we're busy or they hang up on us. After two hours and 15 minutes the delivery man arrives. He tells us “€51” (without a receipt.. or rather the receipt was a crumpled piece of paper with the words “they have to give you €51”). We tell him that we were told €48 and the rude, defensive and annoyed deliveryman tells us “it's €51, I don't want to steal your money! Then for three euros. If I have to steal, we go on a robbery together and we split €5,000." But which way is it?? Then stunned we tell him to say that we waited for the pizzas for two hours 3pm and he replied "well what can I do, everyone wants to eat between 7pm and 9pm". When he left, we called several times and they never answered or hung up on us. Good pizza yes but the rest terrible! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
