I waited over 1 hour to have my pizza cancelled. They called me to ask if I could pay in cash when it arrived. But it never arrived and then was cancelled on me They called me multiple times and I called them and they said it was on its way. Liars. Don’t buy from here. I also am now getting prank called from a Milan number because of this pizza place too. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a Margherita and a Snow White, but unfortunately I had to wait an incredibly long time for the order to arrive. The Margherita was acceptable, but the Snow White was inedible: very hard, as if it had been cooked a week before. I even recorded a video to prove it. When I called to report the problem, they responded in a rude manner, insinuating that it wasn't true, without offering an adequate solution. In the end, I was rudely told that they would bring a new pizza in an hour, with little concern for my frustration, justifying the delay with an alleged confusion. Unfortunately, the overall quality of the pizzas also doesn't justify even one star. I do not recommend this pizzeria at all, terrible experience in every respect.
