Very kind and friendly staff. Luigi has been there for 3 years and the dining room staff has enormous patience...because I admit I'm not easy I have celiac disease and when I'm hungry I get irritable thank you Luigi (bearded waiter) for your great professionalism in carrying out your work and for your humanity excellent quality food. Very welcoming and well organised. Fairly fast service as it is a place full of customers. Well cooked and prepared dishes with a touch of class. Zero stars for the waiter(?) with the beard, 5 stars for Mrs. Anna. We booked on Friday for the following Saturday evening, for 9.30pm, for 12 people. We arrive at the pizzeria very punctually, I turn to the room manager (i.e. our hero) and the waiter-manager (?) with the beard tells me that the table is not yet free and to wait a maximum of 10 minutes. I sit outside the club and come back inside after 30 minutes, or at 10pm. The bearded man tells me that they asked for the bill and that now it's our turn. I go back out and come back after 10 minutes and I see that at the table where we should have been sitting for 40 minutes, alas, they are serving desserts to the diners. I turned to the waiter(?), saying that it was not possible that with a reservation for 9.30pm, mostly made the day before, one had to wait 50 minutes before being served, considering that there were also several children among us. In the end the first pizza was served to us around 10.45pm. I'm sorry to write negative reviews, but, when the limit of decency is crossed, these are a must. Lady Anna lost more than one customer that evening, and I am saddened by this, since I have been frequenting the place for years, also bringing relatives and friends, who willingly opted for this pizzeria to satisfy me in the choice of a gluten-free pizza. Mrs. Anna, extremely professional, hard worker, should use the same skill she uses in making pizzas to choose who takes care of the service. Sometimes all it takes is one rotten apple to make the entire harvest taste bad. P.s. the question marks are not placed there randomly. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

But despite this we pass for the rude ones, but I assure you that this is not the case, we always give our best and we are be careful of contamination and of children as well as the elderly but despite this we were unable to do so due to the turnout that was there on Saturday evening thanks to you. However, this doesn't only happen with us, even when you go to the doctor he is never on time and yet this does not mean that he is not professional because he was late. However I think you noticed that as soon as you sat down after 10 minutes you were all eating, I'm sorry Luigi it's not the bad apple because I think that in that moment there is a bit of tension on everyone's part both from those who work and from those who you have to accommodate.
