I ordered a pizza.. except that it took an hour and maybe more.. it wasn't as I had ordered it.. and also half raw.. if you can't make it.. call for help.. that's it pay it.... Dietary restrictions: It wasn't a pizza I deserved, not that it's all in my stomach and I'm about to vomit. I ordered for the first time from Pizzeria Il Mulino in Sassari and was very satisfied. I ordered a pizza Americana, a Siciliana and a 4 Stagioni. All three pizzas were very good, with fresh ingredients and a perfect dough. The Americana had a great balance between the sweetness of the fries and the savoryness of the tomato and mozzarella. The Siciliana was packed with flavour, with the grilled eggplant going perfectly with the tomato and mozzarella. The 4 Stagioni was a classic, with a variety of ingredients that complemented each other. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived cold, a pity given its goodness and crunchiness, the service was quick and courteous. I'm sure I will order from Pizzeria Il Mulino again in the future hoping they use cooler bags for transport. Here are some more details about the pizzas I ordered: * **American:** tomato, mozzarella and french fries. The dough was thin and crunchy, the mozzarella was stringy, and the fries were crunchy and flavorful. * **Sicilian:** tomato, mozzarella, grilled aubergines, olives and capers. The dough was soft and fluffy, the grilled aubergines were flavorful, and the olives and capers added a tang of flavour. * **4 seasons:** tomato, mozzarella, cooked ham, mushrooms, olives and artichokes. The dough was perfect, the tomato was sweet, the mozzarella was stringy, and the other ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at Pizzeria Il Mulino. The pizza is great, the service is quick and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone who loves pizza.
