I called one evening to order their pizza for delivery as many people spoke well of their gluten-free options. After an hour's delay I called back to see if there had been any problems and was told that they didn't have any order in my name, that I was the one who was wrong and thought that the order had been taken. The girl very rudely told me that she has three phones to take orders and if she hadn't taken mine it's because she was actually talking to someone else on the phone.
