I’ve been to this pizzeria twice, and both times have been incredibly frustrating! During my first visit, they messed up my order, and I let it slide. But on my second visit, I ordered appetizers and a pizza, and after finishing the appetizers, I waited an absurd 40 minutes for my pizza to arrive. When I asked about it, instead of checking on my order, the waiter just pointed me to the cash register! When I got to the register, they presented me with a bill that included items I never ordered! I expressed my frustration, and instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, the cashier started chatting with the other waitstaff as if I wasn’t even there. I repeatedly asked for my change because I wanted to leave, but all I got were excuses to "wait." After begging for my change multiple times, I finally decided I’d had enough. I left without my change and with the annoying realization that I was essentially giving them a tip for this terrible service. This place needs to seriously improve its customer service. Got the 'Capricciosa' (Pizza) with an 'Aperol Spritz' late night after watching Italy vs Belgium at the Stadio Olimpico. Thick crust but thin dough everywhere else. Flavour was terrific. Ottimo sabato sera trascorso presso la pizzeria Fiammè.Locale ben arredato e molto accogliente, anche il personale non è da meno, sempre attento alle necessità del cliente. Ho scelto per la cena un ottimo calzone fritto tradizionale con pomodoro San Marzano , ricotta di bufala, cicoli napoletani, fior di latte. Una vera squisitezza, molto leggero l’impasto e non sembrava fosse stata fritto in olio . Ci ritorneremo sicuramente presto per gustare le altre pizze .
