But you remain incapable!!!!!! I may even give you 5 stars, but it doesn't change the fact that if you are full of orders you don't know how to manage the room!!!!!!!! You may make a good product, but if you don't know how to manage the table it can't be my fault!!!!!!!! PS. without adding what you hear from the outside when you reproach your pizza assistant.

Hi, I'm the owner, first of all putting one star is rude given that the pizza is good. Came without warning, some tables were already reserved. And if one of my employees feels ill during work and rightly leaves, I can't do anything about it, I can't do magic. I'm here working like everyone else and I don't do magic. The pizza dough is worked for a minimum of 48 hours, the flour used is of the highest quality from Caputo, the dough is leavened and light, perfect even for those on a diet! The pizzeria is both for slice and drink on site and is equipped with an outdoor seating area with a maximum of 30 seats. The service is fast and the kindness and courtesy of the staff makes you feel like family. If you want pizza you absolutely must try Alessandro's Pizzeria Da Pulcinella!
