The comment about handcraft should in no way be understood as an excuse, but rather to point out that minor deviations can occur in handmade products. However, 25 cm instead of 28 cm is unacceptable and we will make improvements here. Taste and preparation: We are sorry that the taste and consistency of your order were not convincing. Our kitchen crew is sensitized to this point to ensure that all dishes meet the high standards of our guests. Ordering the salad: The fact that the salad ordered did not correspond to the description in the menu is a mistake that should not happen.
