In the square of San Severino Marche there is a pizzeria that is historic and has made the history of good pizza. I used to come to eat pizza on Sunday afternoons when I still lived in Macerata, then since I've lived here it's almost an obligatory stop, the pizza hasn't changed since it was managed by my father and now that Emanuele is at the counter we eat a pizza at mouth-watering cut or pizzas. Fresh ingredients and delicious dough, cooked to perfection. Don't forget the calzones with sausage and cooked ham... I spent my youth in that place and I hope to return for a long time to come.
