It is not the place that makes the restaurant, but who manages it and who cooks. And "Cucina ai monti" is the place where hospitality comes first, hand in hand with the cuisine. In Bracciano, an enchanting place, from " Cuisine in the mountains "I was able to taste and appreciate a unique cuisine. In the kitchen there is a Donna Chef, an out of class, in my opinion! I will happily return and hopefully soon... Parking: The parking space was offered by the restaurant in a nearby paid car park. What do you want to add to the recognition (certainly sterile of the stars) given by a numerical level that goes from 1, for the worst, to 5 or the Best? It can be added that their passion for cooking is 360° and therefore not just cooking (which, I can assure you, even this alone would be enough for them) but the search from north to south from east to west for excellent products placed on their plates. The not exactly orthodox choice of using machinery (see "Bimby" in this case to produce an amazing puree) which until 8.30pm (when we sat down at the table) I thought was exclusive to home cooking. Having said that, I invite you to try the pork shank and beef cheek. Then you tell me Perhaps just one small flaw, a somewhat limited choice of cellar, under wines. But anyway, the pinot noir accompanied by the fork choices mentioned above was a good companion to the evening. Many many compliments again to Cucina ai monti, to its chefs and to the very cute girl who delighted us with her kindness by bringing us those wonderful dishes. Aldo & Claudia and their team will welcome you with a never-ending smile and take care of you all-long lunch or dinner, even if the restaurant might be busy, you'll never be left alone waiting!
