Location and staff are amazing and all previous experiences have been flawless however I live less than two kilometers from the shop and Pizzaville now say this location cannot deliver to my address because it’s out of the delivery zone and as this is the only PizzaVille location in a 30 kilometer range so delivery is not an option. This is a shame as it’s the best pizza shop in the area made with the finest ingredients and now not an option. When calling the shop to confirm this issue, the number provided directed me to the central location so discussion with local shop not possible. Corporate decisions such as this limit the capacity of small businesses to survive and limit entrepreneurs from succeeding in a challenging economic environment. If I wanted a second rate product I would order from a cheaper provider and due to this decision I now won’t be ordering from this location again for any future events.
