Too much competition nearby offering more filling pizza at a cheaper price.
A while back, craving for something different decided to give the only restaurant I haven't tried in the already overtraded Church Street part of Mayfair a chance. The staff member assisting us recommended the Americana. The pizza was extremely thin and for it's price compared to what you get elsewhere was not filling nor sufficient to meet my families needs. Overall there is a lot of pizza competition within close proximity to this restaurant. In order to remain sustainable the restaurant would need to enhance their service offering against what is available.
