I'm sorry to write a review because it is one of the restaurants in Cassano where I go most. But unfortunately last night the experience was negative. I booked saying we would have a stroller (which implies a baby). They placed us in the part of the room where there were 3 birthdays. Which in itself is fine. What displeased me yesterday was that for these celebrations (total in room 4) they blasted the music so crazy. I understand that there are birthdays but the volume of the music was truly shocking. Furthermore, the songs were not only best wishes but also another for each person celebrating. For me, yesterday I'm sorry but it was a lack of respect towards all the other customers, the absurd thing was that all the staff were also annoyed by the music, and so I ask myself: why put it on? and above all, why put it so high? However, the entire staff was kind to us, advising us of the musical setlist so that we could manage our newborn, but forced us to go out and therefore paid for not eating. Yesterday's sore point was precisely having paid and having to wait outside, furthermore the staff, also annoyed by the evening, did not serve us desserts, only after a specific request did they bring us leftovers. I'm really sorry about yesterday's experience, and I hope this can be perceived as a constructive review because I wouldn't want to give up on returning.
