Giving the review over my experience over the phone alone (have not tried their product before unfortunately) I called in to place an order for delivery because online was card only and I wanted to pay cash. The original woman who answered the phone was friendly and said they were busy and asked if I could hold for a few minutes. I jokingly said “yeah take 10 it’s all good!” 15 minutes later I figure they are busy and she innocently forgot about me. I call back, no answer. I wait 5 minutes and call back again and someone picks up, I say I’d like to place and order for delivery and she quickly said “we aren’t taking delivery orders anymore” this is at 8:45 at night original call was 8:25 or somewhere around that time. I said “okay well I was just waiting on the phone for 15 minutes and someone said they were coming back to take my delivery order?” She just brushed it off with a “oh sorry about that” I get you’re a busy place but to have someone wait on the phone for 15 minutes have to hang up, call back twice and then be told she can’t order food and it’s not even 9PM on a Saturday seems odd to me. Hoping to try Pizza Projekt in the future!
