Your staff at Pizza Perfect Winchester Hills always prioritise helping customers who call in to order. They completely ignore customers standing in the queue inside the store. This has happened on so many occasions and is totally unacceptable. How do you have both people taking orders attending to the phones?! This has to be fixed or else you will frustrate a whole lot of customers. I was very annoyed today and I made it clear to the staff that their service is very poor.
