Terrible service from staff and attitude from management. I walked to the counter to collect my order only to find the cashier (lady) and manager / owner (man) on their phones. One staff was making pizza while another was at the oven. I ended up standing at the counter for about half a minute before the cashier realised my presence. The manager / owner looked up at me unphased (like a zombie) and then continued on his phone. The cashier apologised and brought my order. I should have just walked away. It is pathetic service and leadership qualities of the manager / owner. Don't run a business that involves meeting customers if you don't have basic customer service nor fail to acknowledge your faults. Customers make your business survive, not by your own might and money. Pizza Perfect is an option to consider in the area out of convenience, not out of quality. I live one block away from Kyalami Corner in Kyalami Agricultural which is boomed off but Pizza Perfect Kyalami REFUSED to deliver to me as too dark!!! This is AGRICULTURAL.hence no street lights!! Quite EXTOADINARY!!!
